Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Professional to join our Customer Care team.
In this role,



you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering a best-in-class customer experience, and providing technical assistance for Iron Mountain Connect users. You will build and maintain long-term customer relationships while managing account inquiries and operational processes.
The Domestic Specialty Team primarily manages customer service–related cases for Records Management accounts, delivering price estimates, processing authorizations, and coordinating facility audits to support high customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
