This is a hybrid role (4 days/week in office) at our Hi-Tech City office, Hyderabad. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead – Oracle Fusion Financials to manage the design, delivery, and support of Nextpower’s global finance and accounting processes to a new ERP (Oracle Fusion). This is a strategic role responsible for partnering with Finance, Accounting, and corporate teams to implement and optimize ERP systems that enable operational growth, efficiency, and financial compliance.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on ERP technical expertise with deep functional knowledge of R2R processes in a project-based discrete manufacturing setting (captive and outsourced). Strong experience with ERP platforms - specifically Oracle Fusion and Finance/Accounting modules is required. As we continue our ERP transformation journey, this individual will lead the full project lifecycle,



from discovery through implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement in the R2R functional area.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP R2R Implementations: Provide technical leadership and functional guidance for Oracle Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, RMCS). Drive process definition, configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption.
- Solution Architecture & Configuration: Define and configure ERP modules for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Revenue Management and Intercompany processes. Ensure compliance with corporate, tax, and statutory requirements across regions. Configure, extend and support ERP R2R modules; build and troubleshoot customizations, reports, extensions and interfaces. Support reporting and analytics requirements.
