Position Reports to: Head – Service Delivery

Job Location: Remote, India

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-quality candidates in Australia who are exact fits for job orders sent by our clients based in Australia
- Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine interest and availability
- Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate salaries or rates, and schedule interviews
- Work with candidates throughout the recruiting process from candidate submission, scheduling interviews, compensation negotiation, offers, and onboarding




- Interact with Australian clients to develop recruiting strategies and build long-term relationships
- Build a pipeline of candidates who can be considered for future job orders and generate referrals
- Maintain daily and weekly client reports
- Work closely with and assist senior team members

Required Experience and Qualifications
- 1 to 10 years of experience recruiting for clients located in Australia
- Experience using VMS portals
- Sales lead generation and market research experience preferred
- Strong technical skills (ATS, MS Office, Internet research, social media, etc.)
- Strong spoken communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise and error-free reports
- Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethic
- Willingness to work an early morning shift (IST) to coordinate with clients and candidates in the Au
