Job Title: Process Expert – Organization & Rewards Data Management

Location: Hyderabad, India

Process Expert responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of organizational and rewards data across a global HR ecosystem. In this role, you will be a partner with HR Business Partners, Rewards COE, and Digital & Technology teams to manage organizational structures, position data, and compensation information within SuccessFactors. This is an excellent opportunity for HRIS professionals who enjoy combining HR operations, data governance, and stakeholder management to drive data-driven decision-making and organizational excellence on a global scale.

Your key responsibilities
- Expertise in managing organizational structures, position data,



and enterprise hierarchy data while maintaining high data quality standards.
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS data maintenance, organizational changes, and employee data management in SuccessFactors.
- Experience supporting compensation processes, compensation data validation, and mass payout administration.
- Ability to perform audits, validations, reporting, and data analysis to improve data accuracy and business decision-making.
- Proven capability to collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners, Rewards COE, and Digital teams in a global workplace.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement, compliance, controls, and establishing standardized HR data management practices.
