Job Title : Senior Executive Technical

Role Overview:

Responsible for end‑to‑end production planning and scheduling for in-house manufacturing and co‑packing partners, ensuring demand fulfilment through optimal capacity utilization, strong cross-functional coordination,



and robust MIS reporting while driving plan adherence, inventory health, and service performance.

Accountabilities:

- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with demand forecast and capacity
- Ensure production plan adherence, optimize changeovers, and improve scheduling efficiency Coordinate with co-packers for capacity planning, scheduling, and execution tracking Monitor co-packer performance (OTIF, yield, quality) and drive issue resolution Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Procurement, QA, and Logistics teams for demand–supply alignment
