Job Description
The role involves driving strategic business transformation initiatives within Finance & Accounting (F&A;) functions for TSLU clients. The candidate will lead digital interventions leveraging AI,
hyper automation, and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes for global clients. The role also includes supporting new client RFPs by crafting and defending transformation-led value propositions.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and execute strategic transformation roadmaps for TSLU client accounts, focusing on F&A; operations
- Drive client engagement and lead communication across stakeholder levels- Represent the transformation function in client reviews, steering meetings, and workshops
- Provide support for RFP responses and lead solution defense presentations- Establish goal-setting frameworks for transformation teams and facilitate structured performance reviews
- Implement a culture of continuous feedback and performance improvement for the team through formal appraisal mechanisms
- Promote and drive best practice sharing across client accounts and internal teams
