Job Summary: L&D; VTH is a core learning team within the Global Delivery Services organization, responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions to EY Global teams, member firms, and service lines. The Learning Deployment Specialist (Senior Associate) is responsible for the end-to-end deployment of learning courses and projects, including scheduling, SuccessFactors setup, nominations, logistics, compliance, and bridge submissions, as well as producing and hosting virtual learning sessions as needed.



The role supports exceptional client service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, while building positive relationships with stakeholders across regions and time zones.

This role will be positioned within the Talent & Organisation Development Team, part of Core Business Services (CBS), which supports EY Ireland’s 5,000+ employees throughout the employee lifecycle—from attracting great people to helping them grow and advance their careers.
