As an ERP Functional Consultant, you are responsible for working globally with Gedu’s internal stakeholders and other Functional/Technical specialists through all stages of process Optimisation, Implementation, Integration, Training, Post-Implementation review and support. You will lead scoping and requirements gathering, Functional solution design workshops, provide best practice advice and guidance on business processes, integrations with upstream/downstream applications in the Gedu ecosystem, and assist customers to achieve the optimum solution to meet their business objectives using Unit4 product features.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration: Lead the functional configuration of Unit4 ERP modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, P2P, Billing, Expenses) Ensuring the system aligns with business processes. Implement reporting,
workflows & other Unit4 technical features such as Extension Kit. Expertise into AG16 scripts and API integrations.
- Implementation, Testing & Support: Manage end-to-end implementation cycles Responsible for the QA of configured test systems to ensure the solution design,
Contribute to on-going product development by identifying recurring support issues and common customer requirements
- Business Process Mapping: Lead Business Requirement gathering, analyse existing business workflows and translate them into effective Unit4 ERP functional specifications.
- Reporting & Data: Develop and maintain complex reports using Excelerator, BIF and Unit4 browser reports.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for system issues, providing timely resolution for functional queries and glitches.
