Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Admin Head / Campus Operations Leader to manage the overall administrative and operational functions of an IB school. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth campus operations by overseeing facilities, transport, safety, housekeeping, vendor management, events, student services, and regulatory compliance. This role collaborates closely with academic leadership to maintain a safe, efficient, and high -quality learning environment for students, staff, and parents.

Responsibilities

â Lead all non -academic campus operations and daily administration.
â Oversee facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, transport, safety, security, and student services.
â Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and emergency preparedness standards.
â Manage vendors, contractors, support staff,



and outsourced services.
â Support school events, programs, and special initiatives.
â Develop and monitor SOPs, audits, trackers, budgets, and operational dashboards.
â Lead and mentor operational teams while driving accountability and service excellence.
â Handle operational challenges, complaints, and emergencies effectively.

Requirements
â 10+ years of experience in operations, administration, facilities, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, retail, or similar service industries.
â Strong experience managing teams and operational systems.
â Excellent problem -solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
â Comfortable working with SOPs, audits, compliance requirements, and performance monitoring.
â Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced setting.
â Relevant operational leadership experience is valued more than specific educational qualifications.
