Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including: Case Management Entitlements & SLAs Escalation Rules Omni-Channel Queues and Assignment Rules Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs Lead Service Cloud features implementation with minimal rework Configuration & Customization Configure Salesforce using: Lightning Experience Flows (Screen / Record-Triggered) Validation Rules Approval Proces
