Role: Warehouse Section In charge
1.Adherence to CGMP and EHS norms as per the outlaid procedures.
2.Archival and retrieval of executed documents
3.Cleaning, calibration and maintenance of the instruments/equipment of warehouse department
4.Coordination with inter departments (QA, QC, Production, E&M; Instrumentation, EHS and Admin) for the day-to-day activities
5.Custodian of cyanide compound and sodium perchlorate
6.Custodian of rejected materials storage area
7.Decision making on priorities
8.Documentation control
9.Establishing and review of EHS objectives, targets and management programs in the department
10.Execution and reporting of physical stock verification
11.Execution of employee HR policies and procedures
12.Execution of 'Job Work' materials movement
13.Handling of housekeeping staff
14.Handling of shop floor returned materials
15.Implementation of SOPs, AIM, HIRA and other quality and EHS procedures
16.Initiation and execution of deviation reports and change controls
17.Initiation for disposal of rejected and expired materials
18.Internal/External audit response and CAPA implementation
19.Issue of annexures and checklists for documenting the shop floor activities
20.Issue of work permit to Engineering and Maintenance
21.Maintenance of warehouse facility in co-ordination with maintenance department
22.Monitoring and control of retest, rejected and expired materials
23.Monitoring of Raw material/Packing material sampling, and storage
24.Monitoring of housekeeping activities
25.Monitoring temperature and relative humidity across warehouse
26.Overall coordination with cross functional departments related to warehouse activities.
27.Preparation of SOPs, AIM, HIRA and other quality and EHS documents
28.Preparation of URS, Risk Assessment, Impact Assessment, Protocols, Reports and APQR for the equipment and facility qualification.
29.Providing resources for implementation related to the warehouse processes
