About the role
This position is responsible for responding to routine customer questions, providing basic training, and performing data mining for analysis. Follows procedures and adjusts daily work procedures to ensure high levels of performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex asset and system wise performance data sets. Should have exposure to Field HVAC asset operational and control sequence knowledge. Troubleshooting and resolving CORTIX PRs & PAI supplemented with ALC WebCTRL / iVU & other data for Advisory reporting. Basic understanding of data analytics / statistics on energy related data. Support to implement energy efficiency measures and other recommendations based on analytical output. Understanding and reviewing of insights related to energy efficiency and operational improvement based on analytics. Root Cause Analysis and remote diagnostics through analytics and other data tools. Tracking the Retro/continuous commissioning chance detection and recommendations. Additional Adhoc activities to support business goals.
