Powai’ s world class capabilities in trading support, research, information technology, financial control, operations, risk management and legal support have played a key role in facilitating Nomura’s global operations and are an integral part of Nomura’s global expansion plans. The Powai operation is a critical part of the platform to support the growth of Nomura’s global business.




- Deliver and execute against plan to meet TOC automation requirements
- Reduce manual effort using automation and/or process efficiencies
- Align with Similar automation functions and use common frameworks and structures where relevant
- Align with Infra team to understand current capabilities and create a gap analysis or requirements
- Align with the Observability best practices and integrate with Nomura’s Observability framework where appropriate
- Align with Application teams (Development and Production Services) to ensure their systems are integrated into the overall solution where appropriate

Skills & Experience Required:
- Solid communication – presenting and documentation
- Experience of change in a large organisation
- Demonstrate understanding of large enterprise systems and the technologies on which they are built
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of Production Support processes
