About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and talented individual who will form part of an agile group of professionals that will work across CBL’s core businesses and functions to provide deep analysis and strategic solutions to enable existing and current businesses to develop and expand. Specifically, we are looking for someone with an analytical acumen to lead and execute advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives that drive growth, retention, deepening, and profitability of Affluent/Premier Banking customers. Partner with Product, Wealth Management, Marketing, Risk, and Finance teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance customer experience and business performance.
The work will involve identifying areas for opportunities and growth within each initiative leveraging analytical thinking & rigor to ensure that it correlates back to the overall strategy of the enterprise.

In this role, you will:
- Drive close collaboration with affluent strategy team to align analytics efforts with key business priorities




- Partner with strategy and finance team to integrate data-driven insights into customer segmentation strategy and decision-making
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and long-term value creation through data science solutions
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives by utilizing data-driven, advanced analytical and statistical techniques to identify trends, diagnose problems, and build actionable insights or recommendations
- Review and analyze business, operational, technical assignments, or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives to convert data into meaningful insights and recommendations
