What We Are Looking For - Scope of Role
Reporting to the HR Operation Manager, APAC,
the HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for deliver HR Operations services which are related to but not limit to on boarding, employee life cycle HR data management, payroll and benefit service. Support employee queries. Provide suggestions for process design and enhance upon necessary.
What Will You Do - Responsibilities for Employment
- Develop a firm understanding of Dentsply Sirona businesses to include the company structure and culture
- Manage the quality and accuracy in all key operational deliveries, e.g. payroll, tax reporting and filing, benefits services and staff movement records, etc.
- Ensure accurate and complete data management throughout the employment life cycle (on-boarding, transfers, absence, exit etc). To maintain HRIS system (connection) for whole work life cycle activities, ensure correctness and timely input and perform required audit steps.
