Role Overview

This role is responsible for developing and scaling Armstrong’s Industrial Gas & Energy Systems business in India.

You will take ownership of the market by identifying, creating, and converting new business opportunities across industries such as steel, refinery, chemicals, food processing, and manufacturing.

The role focuses on promoting integrated heating solutions comprising gas systems, in-house Natural Gas-fired boilers, and hot water loop applications.





This is a front-line, customer-facing role requiring strong relationship-building capability, industrial curiosity, and a proactive approach to opening new doors. You will drive market development, customer engagement, and long-term growth strategy for the segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers, applications, and market segments for Industrial Gas & Energy Systems solutions
- Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities through cold engagement, site visits, and industry networking, without reliance on inbound enquiries
- Build robust relationships with plant engineers, reliability teams, consultants, EPC contractors, and key decision-makers
