We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Salesforce Platform Architecture to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, platform strategy, data modeling, scalability, and performance optimization while driving key technical decisions and establishing best practices across the organization.
This role requires solid collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and enterprise architects to define current-state and future-state architectures, establish platform roadmaps, and ensure long-term platform sustainability.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture & Strategy
- Define and document current-state and target-state Salesforce architecture.
- Create strategic platform roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Drive architecture governance and establish platform standards and best practices.
- Lead key technical and design decisions across Salesforce implementations.
- Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
Data Architecture & Integration
- Design enterprise-scale Salesforce data models and domain-driven architectures.
- Define data governance standards and master data strategies.
- Establish integration patterns with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Optimize data structures for large data volumes and reporting requirements.
Performance & Platform Optimization
- Identify and resolve scalability and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement monitoring frameworks and operational dashboards.
- Define measurable KPIs and success metrics for platform adoption and health.
