The opportunity

The Manager – Workday Payroll,



Compensation & Benefits will lead the AMS support function for critical workforce reward and pay-related processes within the Workday environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production support, service delivery, functional governance, issue prioritization, stakeholder engagement, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives across Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional expertise in Workday support operations with strong people leadership, service delivery discipline, and the ability to manage complex support landscapes in a controlled and compliant environment.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AMS delivery for Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence
- Manage support operations including ticket prioritization, escalations, and service governance
- Provide functional oversight on payroll pro
