Job Description:
- Coordinate the complete recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Plan and execute employee welfare initiatives to promote a positive work setting.
- Organize employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention.
- Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation.
- HR Digitalization
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation by providing HR data and manpower planning inputs.
- Manage contract Labour compliance, including renewal of contractor licenses and statutory documentation.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability by fulfilling monthly recruitment requirements as per production plan.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, disciplinary matters, and promote harmonious industrial relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Possess sound knowledge of: KIADB regulations,



KSPCB compliance, Factories Department, Labour Department, GBA procedures and Other applicable statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, contractors, consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support for the factory infrastructure projects and also HR admin related transformation projects
- Ensure timely statutory remittances, registrations, renewals, and maintenance of records under applicable Labour and factory legislations.
- Organize and document mandatory committee meetings as required under various statutory provisions (Safety Committee, POSH Committee, Welfare Committee, Canteen Committee, etc.)
- Oversee general administration activities, including: Housekeeping, Security management, Facility management and Office administration
- Vendor coordination and procurement as part of HR and admin requirement
