The Opportunity

Marvell is looking for an exceptional Director,



Assistant General Counsel who will be responsible for providing legal services for Marvell’s India operation. Marvell has over 7,000 employees worldwide and over 1,500 employees at its India locations in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. This role will play a significant role in supporting growing India operations and enabling the business by identifying and managing legal, compliance, regulatory, and reputational risks as well as supporting the government relations function. This role will provide legal support and advice on a variety of commercial, employment, data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory issues for Marvell’s operations in India. It will include drafting policies and legal documents, negotiation and dispute resolution. This role will also be responsible for local government relations aligned with Marvell’s strategic business objectives.
