Role Overview

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build and optimize AI-driven automation systems, workflows, and internal operational tools supporting recruiting, staffing, sourcing, consultant marketing, and GTM operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with workflow automation, APIs, AI tools, integrations, and lightweight internal application development.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize automation workflows for recruiting, sourcing, outreach, and operations.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for research, matching, enrichment, scoring, and productivity.
- Integrate ATS/CRM platforms, APIs, communication tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Create internal dashboards, KPI tracking tools, and management views.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.




- Research and implement contemporary AI and automation technologies.

Required Skills
- Strong experience with workflow automation tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, Clay, Retool, Airtable, Supabase, Glide, or Appsmith.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and LangChain.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.
- Ability to build lightweight internal tools and dashboards.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, GTM operations, or consulting operations.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms such as CEIPAL, RecruiterFlow, Bullhorn, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Exposure to AI agents, semantic search, vector databases, or intelligent workflow systems is a plus.
