Job Title: Senior Business analyst
Role/Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product
- Take lead of scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project
- Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals




- Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value
- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends

Product Backlog
- Product Backlog is one of the primary responsibilities of the business analyst
- He/she must own and define the product backlog with customers according to requirements.
- The Business analyst must first update the product backlog list.
- Following this activity, there must be proper prioritizing the backlog based on urgency and criticality of the requirements.
- The proper sequence of development also needs to be appropriately charted out.
- This product backlog list needs to be updated continuously.
- As the products need to change and evolve, the backlog list also needs to be continually updated.
- The product backlog must be made available to all stakeholders since it is dynamic and subject to many changes.
