Position Overview: The Associate, Data and Evaluation primary responsibilities will include providing support and assistance to the Literacy Program (for below said tasks). The position will report directly to the Officer, Data and Evaluation and will be based in Hazaribagh District, Jharkhand. The Associate’s primary responsibilities will include establishing and providing guidance and expertise to the team on designing, implementing, and managing the monitoring and evaluation systems across the district. Responsibilities: In collaboration with the District Lead, the Officer, Data and Evaluation and program team. The associate will design, implement, and analyze monthly monitoring data for Program. Support in designing Project Dashboard and manage dashboard and inform the management about the key changes observed on monthly basis.



Collaborate with Program team to design different monitoring forms, digitize them and maintain monitoring and evaluation efforts in program. Update and discussion with INCO RM&E; team on data related challenges and reflection. Implement and analyze periodic data based on agreed upon geographic and timing needs. Train and mentor staff to help them develop the necessary knowledge and skill sets to run methodologically strong evaluations in their projects and programs and ensure adherence to M&E; standard practices, policies, and specifications. Synthesize and analyze data and write summary reports by program based on the M&E; results. Identify key issues around program quality and links between monitoring and evaluation and quality assurance and improvement. Recommend improvements to District Lead, State Manager and Senior Program Manager to more efficiently and effectively manage each program based on M&E; findings Work with program staff and RME te
