Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our
sales efforts in the Nagpur region. The successful candidate will be responsible
for driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and
achieving sales targets for our Home Loan (HL) products.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and
objectives for the Home Loan segment in Nagpur.
* Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Home Loan sales executives, setting
clear performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
* Identify recent business opportunities and cultivate relationships with builders,
real estate agents, and other potential referral sources.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify
new product or service opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements related to Home Loan sales.
* Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews
to senior management.




* Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility
and generate leads.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related
field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3
years in a sales management role, preferably within the banking or financial
services sector, specifically Home Loans.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Home Loan market, products, and regulatory
landscape in India.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
software.
* Residing in or willing to relocate to Nagpur
