Job Summary

Responsible for leading and managing the sales team for Loan Against Property
(LAP) products in the Chandigarh region, driving sales performance, and
achieving targets.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve LAP sales targets and
expand market share in Chandigarh.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance,
training, and performance feedback.
* Identify and develop recent business opportunities and client relationships for
LAP products.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client
engagement to loan sanctioning and disbursement.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt
sales strategies accordingly.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and
ethical standards.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
to senior management.
* Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to streamline
processes and enhance customer experience.




* Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and other key
stakeholders.
* Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively and
professionally.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field. MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a
managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically with Loan
Against Property (LAP) products.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the LAP market, product features, and regulatory
landscape in Chandigarh.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
