Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Workflow Management
Manage the daily priorities and workload of the creative team.
Assign projects based on capacity, skillset, and deadlines.
Remove roadblocks and ensure team members have the resources needed to execute successfully.
Conduct regular team meetings, monitor progress, and proactively communicate project status.
Mentor and coach team members while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Project & Production Management
Translate marketing requests into actionable project plans with transparent deliverables, timelines, and owners.
Ensure projects move efficiently through each stage of production while meeting established deadlines.
Monitor project schedules and proactively identify risks or delays.
Coordinate cross-functional work between marketing, creative, and other departments.
Ensure all work follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production workflows.

Quality Assurance & Brand Management
Review creative deliverables before submission to ensure they meet quality expectations.




Ensure all content, website updates, graphics, and marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Verify that deliverables are accurate, complete, and aligned with project objectives before final approval.
Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and digital experiences.

Process Improvement
Continuously improve creative workflows, documentation, and SOPs to increase efficiency and consistency.
Identify opportunities to streamline communication, reduce bottlenecks, and improve project visibility.
Track team performance metrics and recommend improvements to productivity and quality.

Communication & Stakeholder Support
Serve as the primary liaison between the Director of Product Marketing and the creative team.
Clearly communicate priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
Provide regular status updates on projects, workload, and team capacity.
