Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President – Business to drive enterprise growth at Sign3. This role is responsible for expanding our presence across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and enterprises by building strategic relationships, driving enterprise sales, identifying new business opportunities,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth

What You'll Do
Drive enterprise sales and own the complete business development lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, business heads, and decision-makers across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and large enterprises.
Develop strategic partnerships with ecosystem players, technology partners, and channel partners.
Identify current market opportunities and contribute to Sign3's go-to-market strategy.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, and business growth across assigned markets.
Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures.
Represent Sign3 at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Mentor and scale the business development team while driving a high-performance sales culture.
