The Role
Are you an experienced pharmacist looking to make a meaningful impact on patient care across primary care services? NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a motivated and clinically focused Senior Pharmacist (Primary Care) to join our Pharmacy and Prescribing Support Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work as an autonomous practitioner, supporting safe, effective and person-centred use of medicines while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across primary care settings. You'll play a key role in improving health outcomes for patients, influencing prescribing practice and driving service development.

Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services and independent prescribing support to patients within GP practices and primary care settings
Undertake comprehensive medication reviews for patients with complex, long-term and multiple health conditions
Deliver expert advice to GPs and multidisciplinary teams on safe, effective and cost-conscious prescribing
