1) Job Purpose: Real estate property is the underlying security for any secured mortgage based funding. Hence it becomes imperative to have underlying security to be legally, technically explicit and fundable. Important aspects of real estate properties are valuation, compliances w.r.t. statutory permissions, physical condition. This can be done through approved valuers as well as inhouse technical team.

This position is required to cater different businesses for Aditya Birla Fice Ltd. which majorly includes:

1. Construction Fice business
2. High Value Mortgage business
3. Retail Mortgage business
4. Home Loans
5. Corporate Fice Group
6. Any other division under Aditya Birla Fice Limited which deals with real estate related fice.

Areas of excellence Includes:
- Risk evaluation: Evaluation of different risks related to underlying security i. e. real estate property.
- Internal Controls / Audits: Carrying out audits to check security, integrity related risks.
- Data MIS Management: Portfolio Management.
- Vendor Management: Managing External Valuation Agencies.




- Turn Around Time (TAT): Maintaining requisite TAT through vendors.
- General administration: Real Estate Updates, Maintaining zone Base Master.
