Role & responsibilities

1. New Product Introduction (NPI) a Lead NPI projects for Power Inverters, Solar Inverters, PCB, Transformers, and related products. b Drive product development from concept, prototype, pilot build, validation, and production launch. c Establish NPI processes, stage-gate reviews, and project governance. d Coordinate engineering changes and product transfer to manufacturing. e Ensure manufacturability , assembly optimization, and cost effectiveness. 2. Project Management a Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and budgets. b Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and risk management tools. c Lead project review meetings with internal stakeholders and customers. d Manage project scope, resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables. e Identify risks and implement mitigation plans. 3. Product Development & Engineering a Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and firmware teams during product development. b Support design validation and product qualification testing. 4.



Manufacturing & Operations Coordination a Coordinate pilot production and first article build. b Manage product handover from engineering to operations. c Improve production readiness through: d Process Validation e Work Instructions f PFMEA g Control Plans h Line Balancing i Support capacity planning and production ramp-up. 5. Supplier & Supply Chain Management a Work with sourcing teams for new component qualification. b Coordinate supplier development activities. c Manage supply chain risks for current product launches. 6. Quality & Compliance a Ensure compliance with applicable standards: b Support qualification testing and certification activities. c Drive closure of NCRs and engineering issues. d Implement FMEA, and CAPA methodologies. 7.
