About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Founder's Office Associate who is excited about startups, business operations, technology, AI tools, and problem-solving. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to how a startup operates and scales while working directly with the founders.

Compensation

• ₹25,000 per month (Gross Salary)

• ₹3,11,640 Annual CTC

• Fixed-Term Employment Contract (12 Months)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with founders on business operations and strategic initiatives

• Create reports, trackers, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and Google Sheets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity





• Assist with website updates and digital information management

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams

• Support business growth, expansion projects, and operational improvements

• Develop documentation, SOPs, and process improvements

• Travel occasionally for business, research, and expansion activities

Requirements

• Recent graduates (2024–2026 pass-outs)

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Solid willingness to learn and take ownership

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

• Interest in AI tools, technology, and business operations

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and startup mindset
