About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales & Marketing Executive
to promote and sell our
Drip Irrigation Systems
. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and agricultural solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell drip irrigation systems and related agricultural products.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.




- Visit farms, agricultural markets, and dealers to generate business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits to customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, and digital channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and exhibitions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in agricultural sales, irrigation products, pumps, pipes, fertilizers, seeds, or allied industries.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
