Job Description

Fine Orgokem Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager Resin Department to lead business development and sales activities for our Resin product portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of resin products and a proven track record in B2B sales within the chemical industry.

The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's presence across domestic and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop current business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
- Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Promote Resin products across Paints, Coatings, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Composites, Packaging,



and other industrial segments.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product trials, and business meetings.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Supply Chain, and Finance for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and maintain CRM records.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

- Willing to travel extensively across assigned territories.
