Role Description
The Sales and Service Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, presenting product features and benefits, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. The executive will provide post-sales service support, including coordinating installations, training users on product usage, and addressing customer queries or issues in a timely manner. Day-to-day activities include maintaining customer relationships,



preparing sales reports, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams such as R&D; and operations to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires regular visits to healthcare facilities, understanding customer needs, and communicating feedback to help improve products and services.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to meet defined targets and timelines.
- Experience in service support, including handling customer queries, coordinating installations, and providing product training or demonstrations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product details in a clear and accessible manner.
- Basic understanding of Dental & medical products or healthcare technology, and willingness to learn and stay updated on recent innovations.
