role overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on e-commerce operations executive to support our daily online business. This role is critical in ensuring smooth product launches, accurate cataloguing, productive order processing, and coordination with logistics and inventory teams.

You will work closely with the e-commerce and marketing team to ensure that products go live seamlessly and customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

key responsibilities

1. product cataloguing & shoot coordination
- Assist in daily product shoots (styling, tagging, tracking SKUs)
- Coordinate between shoot, editing, and listing teams
- Upload products on Shopify with accurate details (descriptions, pricing, tags, collections)
- Ensure consistency in product data and visual presentation

2. order management & fulfilment
- Process daily orders on Shopify
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch
- Assist in invoicing and documentation for courier partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex)




- Handle product repacking and updates in ERP systems.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

3. inventory management & reporting
- Maintain and update inventory records across systems
- Track stock levels and flag low inventory
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation
- Prepare basic inventory and sales reports

4. website operations support
- Assist in launching new collections and updating product listings
- Ensure products are correctly categorized and visible on the website
- Support basic website hygiene (broken links, incorrect listings, etc.)

5. coordination & problem-solving
- Work closely with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and troubleshoot quickly
- Support during high-volume periods, launches, and sales
