The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in multiple programming languages, web development frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Technical Leadership: Collaborate with the Product team and Solution Architects to release new features. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture. Lead the development team in designing, developing,



and maintaining software applications. Participate in design and sprint reviews to remove technical barriers, shape our products direction, and improve patient outcomes. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Design and Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable software solutions using technologies like Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and Microservices. Develop robust backend features while adhering to best practices. Design complex software systems for scalability, performance, and security. Proficient in designing and implementing microservices architecture using Spring MVC (Java Spring Boot) and Spring Cloud frameworks.

Security: Implement design patterns and best practices for high-performance backend services, ensuring software security and protection from breaches.

Quality Assurance: Advocate for quality engineering practices such as unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline
