DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze, develops, tests, debugs, and maintains applications, services, APIs,
and frameworks.
* Participates in design discussions, code reviews, and technical problem
solving.
* Uses AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, and
documentation.
* Contributes to code quality, performance, security, and maintainability by
following engineering standards.
* Develops and maintains tools, automation, and processes that support software
delivery.
* Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality
software.
* Continuously learns new technologies and contributes ideas to improve
engineering practices.
* Estimates assigned work and delivers quality solutions on schedule.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

* Experience with one or more modern programming languages or frameworks such
as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar technologies.
* Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
* Familiarity with AI coding tools and modern software development practices.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging,



and collaboration skills.
* Ability to learn current technologies and business domains with attention to
detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

* 3+ years of applicable software engineering experience with demonstrated
success.
* 2+ years of specialized experience in modern application development, cloud
technologies, AI-assisted development, or related technical domains.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology,
or equivalent experience.
* Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and
Agile development.
