Position Overview: The Program field coordinator will work closely with the Program Associate in engaging with the respective schools in their field in District, Uttar Pradesh as part of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) initiative in Uttar Pradesh. They will support the Program Associate in the execution of the Foundational literacy and Numeracy program at field level and coordination with government various stakeholders to deliver learning outcomes and sustain the impact from the program. The position will report to the Program Associate and the base location for this position is Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh). Responsibilities: On-ground implementation: Develop a thorough understanding of State’s Literacy program design and RtR Literacy design Work with key stakeholders (government departments and officials such as ARPs (Academic Resource Person), Nodal Clusters, Headmasters,



Teachers etc. on a day-to-day basis to ensure delivery on program objectives on targeted learning levels. Undertake visits to assigned schools every month to provide support Work closely with Teachers, HMs (Headmaster), ARPs to implement state FLN program as per milestones and quality indicators Identify operational bottlenecks and weaknesses, wherever applicable and suggest solutions to Associate. Organise and lead monthly meetings of the BEOs (Block Education Officer), ARPs, HMs and Cluster Teachers with data and best practices Ensure proper implementation of community engagement plans. Participate actively in events, campaigns, meetings and trainings through the virtual and offline mode.
