Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (2 AM- 10 AM CT)

TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price
Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal
proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital
Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting
our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once
live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the
customer’s individual Workday solution.

looking for a Workday Time Tracking and Absence Post Production Consultant
(experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a
collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

* Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification (Required)





* Fluent in English (Required)

* 1+ years Workday Time Track and Absence post-production support experience
with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes (Required)

* Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time
Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes,
Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs (Required)

* Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel

* Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to
meet customer deliverables

* Strong communication skills, both written and oral

* Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers
in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust

* Valuable problem solver with ability to consider alt
