As a Sales Manager for LAP (Loan Against Property) in Vizag, you will be
responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious
targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and fostering strong
client relationships to drive business growth in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to consistently meet and
exceed sales targets for LAP products.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to expand market
share and achieve business objectives in the Vizag region.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels,
including direct sales, builder tie-ups, and DSA (Direct Selling Agent)
networks.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, builders, and other
stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to
identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Conduct regular performance reviews with team members,



providing constructive
feedback and implementing training programs to enhance their skills and
productivity.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and
ethical standards in all sales activities.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
to senior management.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client
engagement to loan application and disbursement coordination.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a
managerial role, specifically within the financial services industry, preferably
with experience in LAP or related secured lending products.
