Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Loan
Against Property (LAP) sales team in Gurgaon. This role involves driving sales
growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales
targets for our LAP products.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales
targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Gurgaon region.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing regular
training, coaching, and performance feedback.
* Identify and cultivate recent business opportunities, including building
relationships with property agents, builders, and other key intermediaries.
* Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer
satisfaction and repeat business.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and
customer needs to inform sales strategies.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for
management.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures,



and regulatory
guidelines.
* Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to streamline
processes and improve service delivery.
* Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the
company's LAP offerings.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a
managerial role specifically within Loan Against Property (LAP) or a related
financial product.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market and LAP products.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven
decisions.
