We are seeking a Deputy Manager Fund Accountant to join the RESIG Team in our
Bengaluru/Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing

WHAT WORK YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

OPERATIONS (75%)

* Accountability for work product of the team

* Act as the Primary reviewer and quality assurance of the deliverables
produced by your team.

* Ensure that all client deliverables are on time and meets the EisnerAmper
quality standard

* Calculation, booking and reviewing of deal wise various fees like Management,
Incentive/carry etc, as assigned.

* Preparation and review of Financial Statement and Investor Reports including
capital calls, distribution schedules, notices etc.
