Role Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-driven Senior Editor (Editing & Production Lead) to lead our editing and production team while maintaining exceptional creative standards across all video content. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in editing performance-driven content, managing editing teams, building scalable production systems, and leveraging AI tools to create high-impact videos.





This role requires someone who can balance hands-on editing with team leadership, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency across multiple brand projects while driving innovation in AI-powered content production.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Production Excellence
- Lead the editing and production team to deliver high-quality video content across multiple brands and campaigns.
- Define and maintain creative quality benchmarks across all deliverables.
- Guide editors with storytelling techniques, pacing, transitions, sound design, and platform-specific editing styles.
- Personally handle premium, high-value, and strategically important client projects.

Editing Operations & Workflow Management
- Build, optimize, and continuously improve editing workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Structure repetitive editing processes into scalable systems for faster production.
