We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design development and multidisciplinary coordination for large-scale residential projects. The ideal candidate should have solid design expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure that all project documentation and deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage design development for large-scale residential projects.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Review and ensure the accuracy and coordination of project documentation.
Ensure timely issuance of drawings and project deliverables as per project schedules.
Maintain high standards of design quality and project documentation.
Coordinate with clients and consultants to address design and project-related requirements.
Ensure all deliverables are aligned with company quality standards and client expectations.
Support the team in resolving design and coordination issues.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
Experience Required
10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Experience in large-scale residential projects will be preferred.

MS Office
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently present ideas and communicate effectively with clients.
