Purpose of the Role

We are going through massive, global Agile transformation. As a result, we are
rapidly expanding our teams and are looking for an experienced Scrum master to
join our team.

The purpose of the role is to maximize value delivery through collaboration,
impediment removal, visibility, learning, and evidence-based improvement.

About the Role

The Scrum Master is a team coach and servant leader who facilitates change
through the adoption and application of Agile principles, practices and
frameworks; and enables the team(s) to self-organize and embrace ways of
working, that results in the delivery of value outcomes to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Providing coaching and guidance to the teams; support adoption and application
of agile values, principles, and practices. Provide support that helps Agile
Teams improve overall ART performance, facilitating cross-team collaboration,
alignment between team objectives, vision, strategic themes. Participate in Sync
events, Scrum Master Forums, and internal agile communities of practices.
