Objective of the position
- Lead community mobilisation of the SHG program
Major Deliverables
Developing micro plan for strengthening of SHGs.
Ensure rotation of the leadership role in SHGs, Cluster and federation.
Facilitation, guiding federation, and cluster and ensuring their financial & managerial sustainability.
Developing necessary BCC strategy for mobilizing and spreading awareness among the community.
Work closely with other experts on developing capacity building modules.
Mobilize and conduct entrepreneurship awareness campaigns/ workshops for SHGs on entrepreneurship opportunities to supplement their household income
Assist Project Director in preparing reports and presentation and act as the point of contact for all the mobilization activities.
Essential Attributes




S/he should have proven track record of working under projects of NRLM/ NULM
Working with state/central governments poverty reduction, livelihood and development programs of similar nature and size.
S/he should have experience in developing communication/ BCC strategy for SHG strengthening.
Should have high level of operational familiarity with MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT.

Project Director: Strategy, Management and Policy ( TSU)
