Job Title: Principal Analyst – Total Rewards

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Reporting to: Manager – Total Rewards

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The role will primarily be responsible for the development, implementation, and
management of total rewards programs including designing and executing
competitive advantages strategies & recognition framework to attract, retain, and
motivate top talent while ensuring alignment with company's objectives and
