Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Should have a transparent understanding of Battery pack design and its sub systems
Should have a on hand experience of 3D CAD software like UG NX ( preferred)
Adequate knowledge in CAE and CFD related to battery pack
Adequate Knowledge in DFMEA, DFC, DFM and DFS
Should have sufficient knowledge in detailing, tolerance stack up and GD&T;
BOM preparation and maintaining
Need to have casting, Forging , Laser welding and machining process knowledge
Ability to interact with development team and supplier for component development
Versatile to work with support system teams and address the integration related concern
Ability to resolve vehicle level integration concerns
Ability to address the manufacturing and build issues with supplier and plant team
Time Management for self & CFT for on time delivery of the projectExperience
5 to 7 yearsIndustry Preferred
