Role Description
The Technical Head – Production is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities for electrical distribution and automation panels. This role includes planning and monitoring production schedules,



ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing resources, processes, and workflows on the shop floor. The Technical Head will provide technical support to the production team, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams to meet delivery timelines. The role also involves leading and mentoring production staff, implementing training programs, enforcing safety practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives.
