Job Summary

Lead and manage the sales team in Kolhapur for our Housing Loan (HL) products,
focusing on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring
excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed HL sales
targets in Kolhapur.
* Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance,
training, and performance feedback.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with builders, developers, real estate
agents, and other potential lead sources.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify
recent business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
* Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to
sanction and disbursement, ensuring compliance with company policies and
regulatory guidelines.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
to senior management.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication
and effective resolution of queries or issues.




* Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to
streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
* Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team, engage with key
clients, and assess market conditions.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field. MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail lending, with at least 2-3 years
in a sales management role, specifically within Housing Loans.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and
develop a high-performing sales force.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Thorough understanding of the Kolhapur real estate market and local customer
demographics.
